This book is the collaborative effort of three people that reside in the Chicago area.  They have been friends for over 30 years. They share a passion for Italian food, wine, art and architecture.

They have traveled throughout Italy together numerous times.

Dr. EveAnn Lovero is a college professor and former business school dean.  Her day job involves teaching graduate and undergraduate management classes.  She has accompanied her business students around the world and has taught Global Strategy courses in China and Brazil.  In her free time she writes travel books.

Mr. Leo Sances owns and operates a small computer consulting firm specializing in small firms. Mr. Sances has been traveling to Italy at least once a season for the last 25 years strictly as a tourist in search of the little known or little visited gems in this beautiful country.

Mrs. Linda Sances is a retired school teacher of 34 years. When not traveling to Italy with her husband she is busy searching out information on the best values of where to stay and eat in Italy in preperation for their next trip.
